Car buying has always been a major source of stress since I bought my first car in college, which was over 20 years ago now. Every other time I’ve purchased a car, it’s taken hours and hours, not to mention I bought my first car in college, which was over 20 years ago now. Every other time I’ve purchased a car, it’s taken hours and hours, not to mention that the transactions always felt like the dealership was trying to pull a fast one on me. But that all changed with my recent purchase! Nicole was always very helpful and honest. She communicated transparently and authentically. She was incredibly organized and helpful, but most importantly, she listened to my needs and concerns, and that made all the difference. I was in and out in under 90 minutes (I traded in my old car for a new one) and everyone was super friendly. Nicole and Sean (the finance representative) worked hard to make sure my experience was pleasant and with as little stress as possible. They were wonderful! My service advisor was rude and took forever to get me checked out. She let at least 3 people that came after me leave before I did and my car was sitting there finished.
