I dropped my vehicle off for a check engine light and it took a week to get it back. Sean was gone one day and I called several times trying to get an update but the ladies who answered the phone were no he took a week to get it back. One of the ladies told me another service advisor would call me with an update but that never happened until Sean was back at work the next day. One of the ladies even answered the phone and hung up. There needs to be a better system in place for checking the status of your vehicle being serviced. More
