Sean Mellon I've been coming to Pacifico since December 2013. Customer service has always been good, but Sean has always made me feel comfortable. Sean explains w I've been coming to Pacifico since December 2013. Customer service has always been good, but Sean has always made me feel comfortable. Sean explains what's wrong with the vehicle and what may have caused it. Sean has calmed me in situations where other techs gave me misinformation. Pacifico had given me the run around regarding something that was defective in my vehicle, so a lot of time was wasted going to and from Pacifico in a 3 months span of time. I know I'll get good service when Sean oversees my vehicle. More

the best experience in a long time Hello my name is Tim McHugh, I just wanted to write a review about Sean Mellon who helped me out in the service dept. I first met Sean when i brought Hello my name is Tim McHugh, I just wanted to write a review about Sean Mellon who helped me out in the service dept. I first met Sean when i brought my chevy truck to the dealership a couple of months ago. I was having problems with the chevy dealership up the street with a couple of issues like communicating information to me.So i brought my vehicle to the Ford dealership at first i felt weird bringing a chevy truck to a ford dealership. But when i pulled my truck into the service station i asked Sean if it was ok to bring a chevy to a ford dealership he smiled and said it was fine we will take care of it.he was very courteous and professional to me and let me know what was going on with my vehicle.That is why i brought my vehicle back to the dealership.because of Sean. he is definitely an asset to your company.
