Well of course it was free, or rushed. I even had a Philly pretzel. It was a pleasing experience from the time I called an speaking with a very welcoming young lady by the name of Darlene who I never got to thank down the the very professional men in Service Bob and Sean, not to mention how clean the dealership was. So I decided to call them and I was lucky to talk to Sean about the situation. two days later I follow up with him, he was able to tell me what he checks for and the vehicle problem was the transmission. Sean did the work in the company vehicle and that was the best thing he could have done, he took his time to check and see if the car were still under the dealer warranty and thank God it was. I really appreciate the services, these guys really go out their ways to satisfy their customers.
