Did I mention that I really love my pre-owned vehicle, and the fact that it was so clean and shiny when I drove off the lot, that it looked brand new. A gentleman, exceptionally knowledgeable and sincerely concerned about a customer's complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this dealership for fair practice, honest trade-in assessments and for not overselling add-ons (but ar the same time making valuable suggestions to save someone money and inconvenience down the road.) And, they welcomed my 'on-the-large-side' dog into the showroom for the couple hours I was there. I turned in my lease in February and I leased a brand new 2019 Ford Egde. Unfortunately I was rear ended in October by a car going 53-58mph. We barely moved on impact. The restraints held us in place and the car took the impact like she was made to do. Sadly the car was a total loss. I was immediately in contact with my Pacifico family expressing I really wanted the same car down to the color. They immediately went to work on finding my replacement with even better packages. One week and I’m already in my new Edge with a sense of peace knowing that I’m so safe in her. There’s no better Dealership then Pacifico Auto Group!! More

We had owned and loved our 2011 Ford Escape, and never thought we could find a better car. It had been a long time since we were in a dealership and all our memories were of high pressure, pushing, fast talking and leaving with a bad feeling. From the moment we looked online at Pacifico, our experience was far beyond what we had expected. The Internet Team contacted us and showed us how to look at the new Escapes online. By the next day, we were in the dealership and shaking hands with Albert Rementer. From the moment we met, I knew Albert was very smart and a good guy. To make this short, on Friday we drove our newly leased 2019 Ford Escape SEL off the lot. Albert went out of his way to make the transition from our beloved car and the lease of our new beloved car. We are so happy that we chose Pacifico, met Albert, and have a new car. I would recommend Pacifico to anyone looking for a new Ford. Great experience. Had to turn my car in since my lease was up. This is going to be short & sweet because Neal Bauer makes everything so easy.
