Stanley the pre-owned Manager was a gentleman and helpful and Business manager Gina McDevitt very professional. The 2015 Toyota Venza was delivered like a brand new vehicle. My standards in the car business are extremely high and everyone I dealt with at Pacifico made me feel happy and special. I would recommend them to everyone. I turned in my lease in February and I leased a brand new 2019 Ford Egde. Unfortunately I was rear ended in October by a car going 53-58mph. We barely moved on impact. The restraints held us in place and the car took the impact like she was made to do. Sadly the car was a total loss. I was immediately in contact with my Pacifico family expressing I really wanted the same car down to the color. They immediately went to work on finding my replacement with even better packages. One week and I’m already in my new Edge with a sense of peace knowing that I’m so safe in her. There’s no better Dealership then Pacifico Auto Group!! More

We had owned and loved our 2011 Ford Escape, and never thought we c On the Wednesday before Labor Day we decided to dip our toe in the new car world. We had owned and loved our 2011 Ford Escape, and never thought we could find a better car. It had been a long time since we were in a dealership and all our memories were of high pressure, pushing, fast talking and leaving with a bad feeling. From the moment we looked online at Pacifico, our experience was far beyond what we had expected. The Internet Team contacted us and showed us how to look at the new Escapes online. By the next day, we were in the dealership and shaking hands with Albert Rementer. From the moment we met, I knew Albert was very smart and a good guy. To make this short, on Friday we drove our newly leased 2019 Ford Escape SEL off the lot. Albert went out of his way to make the transition from our beloved car and the lease of our new beloved car. We are so happy that we chose Pacifico, met Albert, and have a new car. I would recommend Pacifico to anyone looking for a new Ford. Great experience.
