Service with a smile I went into the service department for my vehicle's 9 months check up and was told that they needed to handle recall on certain models and with my mod I went into the service department for my vehicle's 9 months check up and was told that they needed to handle recall on certain models and with my model, the Ford Escape 2015 which I bought 9 months ago and it happened to be part of that recall. I like the fact that it was caught, parts replaced and I was on my way within 24 hours. Mr. Sean Mellon, was very, very thorough and busy when I went in, but he certainly made sure I had a rental and I was taken care of very well. Great man and highly blessed. Thank you sean. More
