Great experience! I came in for recalls on my Ford Focus. I just moved to the area and really didn't know where to go or who to talk to. Sean Mellon came up to me right I came in for recalls on my Ford Focus. I just moved to the area and really didn't know where to go or who to talk to. Sean Mellon came up to me right away once I got there and helped me with everything I needed. I had a great experience and would highly recommend contacting Sean if you need anything. Excellent customer service! Sean Mellon is AWESOME! I took my 2010 Ford explorer in for service. I explained to Sean the problems that I was having. I was losing power, my truck Sean Mellon is AWESOME! I took my 2010 Ford explorer in for service. I explained to Sean the problems that I was having. I was losing power, my truck driving sluggish..i needed a new water pump. Sean took the time to explain everything and assured me that he would get my truck fix and running like new. Not only did he get it fix, but unbeknownst to me. The water pump was covered under my extended warranty plan! Another kudos to Pacifico Ford sales team who offered me the plan when I bought my truck....Sean Mellon, The Sales team, and everyone else who works at Pacifico Ford...YOU GUYS ROCK! More
