I am a long time Kia customer and have been using Southside Kia for all my car service needs. Reilly Mickey always makes me feel like a valued customer and is attentive to the service needs of my Kia Southside Kia for all my car service needs. Reilly Mickey always makes me feel like a valued customer and is attentive to the service needs of my Kia Forte. I am not car savvy. When I call Reilly with a service problem, he always makes time to discuss the issue and works me in for service if there is a pressing issue with my vehicle. For me, the quality of a car dealer's service department is number one when purchasing a vehicle for service after the sale. Kia Southside has an excellent service department and provides honest evaluations and pricing of my car's service needs. That's why I use Southside Kia. Thank you, Reilly and Southside Kia! More

Andy and Bo were very attentive. I truly felt like they cared about the safety and wellbeing of my car. They both explained things in a manner that made me, someone with no mechanica I truly felt like they cared about the safety and wellbeing of my car. Wow I can't say enough great things about this Kia service! I am military so therefore travel around and move quite a bit and have dealt with many service shops. This one by far has been the best over service! I am military so therefore travel around and move quite a bit and have dealt with many service shops. This one by far has been the best over the last 20 years. We're on our 4th Kia in the family now. Southside Kia has gone above and beyond many times. The waiting area is stocked with coffees, goodies, tv and very clean. I have utilized the complementary van service to run errands or have lunch while being serviced, all the drivers are friendly and courteous. The best part is the scheduling and I spend very little time waiting, everything is super efficient! BIG THANK YOU TO Reilly Sean Mickey and Tommy Mercer! Outstanding! More

This is the follow up to the review I left on Google, about 5 days ago. I brought my vehicle in 12/2/22, originally for a wind noise, but also brought up my AC the last couple days wasn’t blowing cold. E about 5 days ago. I brought my vehicle in 12/2/22, originally for a wind noise, but also brought up my AC the last couple days wasn’t blowing cold. Even the young lady who took my vehicle information agreed with myself and my service writer. Mrs. Soto, let me know that it would be some time due to 1) the tech having to diagnose the AC, 2) waiting on the AC machine, 3) installing the part(s) to fix the wind noise. After a couple hours, Mrs. Soto let me know the tech was still waiting on the AC machine, but installed the parts that were in to fix the wind noise. After diagnosing the AC issue it was determined that my evaporator core went out. Mrs. Soto gave me the option to take my car and bring it back, or leave it, get a loaner car, and when the part comes in, the car’s already there ready to have it R &R’d. I asked Mrs. Soto if it would be possible to leave my car since the tech may have already had it apart, and take a loaner car. She went and asked Mr. Mickey, which she came back and said it was ok. She walked me back to where my car was so I could get what I needed, and I met the tech working on my car. Noah and I talked for a few minutes, and again I had the feeling I like this person, based on the vibe I got. I was informed about the deposit for the loaner car, and was shuttled to enterprise to pick up my rental vehicle. Long story short, I wound up being in the loaner car for a week, due to Noah being sick, Mrs. Soto having a family emergency, and the shop foreman having to pitch in and work on my car to help get it fixed, but all in all, I kept in contact with Mrs. Soto throughout the process and making sure enterprise was kept up to date as well. Upon completion the AC blows ice cold, and I’m still an extremely happy customer. I even told Mr. Mickey that I really did appreciate him allotting me a loaner car. And to top it off, I’ve scheduled my oil change, and a fuel induction service for next week, seeing how the induction service has yet to be completed on my vehicle. The oil change is just for preventative maintenance purposes. Once again, Southside Kia exceeded my expectations, Mrs. Soto, and Mr. Mickey both should be praised for going above and beyond, they are two very awesome, amazing, and extremely helpful individuals. More
