I have been in contact with my salesman James for over a year and he as always kept me posted of my escalade order I had, recently he gave me a call to come check out a car that was not what I ordered but s year and he as always kept me posted of my escalade order I had, recently he gave me a call to come check out a car that was not what I ordered but something he definitely knew I would be interested in. I am also in the car business so he knew this would need to be a straight forward transaction. we were in a small disagreement on what I thought my trades in were worth, so I then asked if I could speak with the sales manager who was Sean Monahan (Very smart guy) he came over to the table to discuss with me how he values the cars trade in value which I greatly appreciated he was very professional and we had a couple good laughs about some other things not just the purchase. I appreciate both of these guys professionalism and willing to work with me as I am not the easiest person to sell a car to. I Look forward to my next purchase with Huston Cadillac! and will be referring many of my colleagues and family members in the mean time Thank Guys!! More
