Dealership or at least the salesman is not following through with what was agreed upon at purchase. The vehicle did not have an owners manual and it was put into writing one would be ordered and sent to through with what was agreed upon at purchase. Also the vehicle did not have catalytic converters when it was sold/delivered. The dealer will not help with either replacing or ordering catalytic converters even though the signed paperwork states the emissions system was checked and found to be in tact. More
