Sean Moses was the best, the nicest and the most sincere car salesman I have EVER encountered. Lord knows, I have encountered the most sketchy slimy characters in your industry over the years. It is a real problem within your industry that is well tolerated and most likely encouraged by dealer management. I generally dread the thought of buying a car because of it.
