Moses was nice but I was given the car with basically no explanation of how anything worked in the car..no manual in the car..I ordered a manual from the Lexus dealership ..no inspection papers for the car...had to pay for both myself...location too far and I work ..only given a computer fob..no paperwork..will be calling to see name of the company for my extended warranty. I know everyone is going paperless but the customer should be given a choice of receiving paper pertaining to their business transaction. It has been a stressful process with all the follow up work
