Best experience by far ! So yesterday I came to Fort Myers Mitsubishi & purchased a 2017 Mirage G4. After leaving & driving the car, you know getting a feel for the car I rea So yesterday I came to Fort Myers Mitsubishi & purchased a 2017 Mirage G4. After leaving & driving the car, you know getting a feel for the car I realized this car is NOT going to work for me. Don't get me wrong it was an AWESOME car. But as most know I was born with a physical disability. EVERYONE who knows me knows MY INDEPENDENCE MEANS EVERYTHING TO ME. I try my hardest for as long as I can remember to be as independent as possible. So I came back the next day & explained to Patrick Green Jr my dilemma. Patrick Green Jr & the rest of his team at Fort Myers Mitsubishi (Frank Moore, Lenny Condi, Sean Mullen, Kenneth Fong, and Mike Johnson) worked hard to get me in another car that makes me feel as independent as I know I can be. Like Patrick said YOU could be the next one to drive off the lot in a car that FITS YOU ! If they can work with me and my situation I believe in Patrick's team. Positivity can move mountains ! Expertise and friendliness. My experience with ALL staff members was extremely pleasant. From the phone conversation with Annette to the moment I arrived. Mario greeted me and was by my side or helping to facilitate (with the managers, finance etc) with me veung able to buy a car. He showed me a car within my price range with everything that I was looking for. Explained all the features, gas mileage, safety, etc, how to use and where everything was in the car. He was concerned with my comfort. The air conditioner was broken, it was about 92 degrees. So he took me over to the service department and we set there to cool off. Offered water to me several times etc. I don't know the young man's name in service. However, my phone was dead so he let me use his phone charger to charge my phone. Sean at the front desk in finance, explained everything to me, starting with my credit score until the deal was completed. I explained my financial circumstances and he made the deal happen, keeping my monthly payment at the amount that I could pay. I never felt like I was being taken advantage as I had in previous car buying experiences. The general manager, Kenny, even introduced himself. Buying a car from this dealership was by far the best experience that I have ever had. A big thank you to everyone. Also, as I was waiting other sales staff spoke to me about my car, safety, color etc. All very courteous. 5 stars for all. More

Betrayed Internet customer To whom this concerns, I began searching for a very specific vehicle model, age,& miles. After an exstended time I settled on one at Ft Myers Mitsub To whom this concerns, I began searching for a very specific vehicle model, age,& miles. After an exstended time I settled on one at Ft Myers Mitsubishi. On June 27 I received the price I would pay. I requested photos because this was an internet deal and I'm in ny state. On Thursday July 13 the photos came via email. On Friday I called and arranged a deposit. The internet representative took my money and made a deal. On Saturday I had a representative go to the dealership to test drive the vehicle. He called me to tell me it had been sold. I could not believe it. So I called the dealer. I spoke to the used car manager. It was a bad deal. I was not their concern. They discarded me like the days trash. I persisted to speak with the GM of the dealership. He seemed a little more willing to put himself in my position and offered to replace my vehicle with another. I searched very long for this 115 year old vehicle. I'm very disappointed in this process. Please be wary to shop at Ft Myers's Mitsubishi. John koen More
