Helpful,friendly, like dealing with family From the greeter to the salesmen and the service department they all make you feel comfortable and feel like family. Excellent Car Buying Experience! My relationship with Matt Burne Honda started over a year ago. I contacted their Internet Sales department as I was interested in a CRV. Lori Trygar My relationship with Matt Burne Honda started over a year ago. I contacted their Internet Sales department as I was interested in a CRV. Lori Trygar, Internet Sales Manager, immediately responded. As Lori and I went back and forth, in our negotiations, Lori was always polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Even though I decided on a different vehicle, I never forgot how great Lori was to work with. So, when our lease was up this month, on our Chevy Cruze, I contacted Lori again to inquire on a Honda Accord. We were interested in a specific color that they did not have. Lori engaged her manager, Tom Carey, who quickly (in less than an hour) was able to secure that color from another dealership and we were able to “close the deal” that day. Lori Trygar, Tom Carey, Sean Mundt (Finance Manager) and Bill Healy were outstanding to work with. They treated me with respect and did everything they could to make the car buying process, smooth, quick and painless. I highly recommend Matt Burne Honda for all of your new and/or used car purchases. More
