I am on my 9th vehicle from them and they continue to surpass every expectation. Guy Palmer was my sales person and was awesome. He Answered all of my questions and concerns and was very quick to respond both via phone and email to me. Mike Churi is the sales manager, and I can tell why his team is as amazing as they are. Mike was great through the whole process and really helped me cement my decision that the Pilot was right for me. Shawn finished all of my paperwork with me and was very detailed in explaining everything and making sure I was comfortable and confident in my decision. Overall, I can’t think of anything that could have made this experience better.
