New Honda Ridgeline Purchase I had owned 2 GMC pickups over the last 20 years. I enjoyed good service 3 miles from my house but really liked the Ridgeline. To switch to a Honda I I had owned 2 GMC pickups over the last 20 years. I enjoyed good service 3 miles from my house but really liked the Ridgeline. To switch to a Honda I needed to get a good competitive price, excellent service & the ability to have a loaner car or alternative transportation for servicing as I'm 25 miles from nearest dealer. My 1st trip to Burne Honda was a little disappointing. It seemed the salesman lost interest when I said I was planning to buy in 2 months. I did get set up for a test drive but no followup contact. I searched Dealer Ratings and Burne Honda and my other potential Honda Dealer were very close but I was impressed with strong 5 feedback recommendations and the 5 ratings of 2 Service Managers who had over 20 years of service. I decided to give Burne Honda another look. I emailed for a Quote on a new Honda Ridgeline. Lori Trygar quickly gave me a very competitive price then followed up with a very professional email and phone call. She set up an appointment to test drive a Ridge line and meet with Guy Palmer. Within a week we agreed on terms. In another week I picked up the Ridgeline. Guy Palmer had the vehicle in mint condition, showed me all the features/controls and toured the service areas introducing me to one of the service managers. I financed through Burne Honda (interest rate beat my Credit Union) and Sean Mundt had the sales documents well organized and professionally took me through the process in less than 15 minutes. Very pleased with the Internet to Sale process. Looking forward to a Great service experience. More
