Long wait to process paperwork but salesperson was great I went to pick up my car and the air conditioner didn't work. Within a few minutes they said I could back out of my deal due to the issue and pick out I went to pick up my car and the air conditioner didn't work. Within a few minutes they said I could back out of my deal due to the issue and pick out another car. They matched the price and financing termes as well, which was great. The only issue is it took several hours to fix the paperwork due to being short staffed. More
