He was flexible with my hectic schedule and was only a phone call away to field my (numerous) questions. Sean was not pushy at all, but rather it felt like he was genuinely on my side when it came to getting the vehicle to the price I needed. The trade in value for my current car was fair and worked for my budget. Additionally, Sean walked me through what I would need to do after the sale (when to get insurance, picking up tags, etc), which was helpful for this first timer! Viktor from the financing department was also a gem. I thought he did a good job explaining the benefits of getting a warranty without pushing or insisting. He was a great source of advice and very personable while completing the paperwork for the purchase.
