Did the whole process via email and phone thanks to Stormy Hamilton who made the negotiations painless and she went out of her way to get me the car at a fair price. The handoff to Mike Mason included picking me up when I coincidentally didn't have an available car. He walked me through the car and got it nice and clean for my pickup. Overall this was a pleasant experience that started with me dreading the idea of negotiation and buying a new car. Everyone I meet during the process was super nice and didn't have that car dealer vibe. More
