No playing games with low trade-in estimates that I have experienced in the past with other dealerships. All extended warranty options where explained and prices were given for all options and I was allowed to choose a plan that meet my needs. Overall a good experience. More

The specific color and trim Crosstrek that we wanted wasn’t at the dealership, or anywhere in the DFW area, and they found it in Austin, gave us a loaner while they transported it, and then had us test drive the car before we finalized our purchase. Sean was great the whole time. When we initially test drove a Crosstrek he was able to point out all of the features and demonstrate what the car was capable of. At no point during our experience did we feel pressured or hurried. Out of all my car buying experiences I have to say that this one was the easiest and nicest to date! I’ve also brought my car in for service twice since we bought it in March. The first time was for a scheduled oil change, the second was because I had gotten a nail in my tire during my commute. Both times I was there less than an hour and a half, everyone was friendly (I got to say hi to Sean, too!), and I never felt like just another number being pushed through the system. 10 out of 10, do recommend, would buy again. More

And we all have preconceived notions on the sales person we are going to meet to achieve that goal. If you are anything like me, you might bring an advocate to tag along to make this potentially painful process - tolerable. In this case, Sean was the built in buyers advocate! He placed next to no pressure on me to do anything that would make me feel uneasy. Sean was wonderful in facilitating the purchase of my Subaru Outback. It felt like he was on my team and he in no way felt manipulative, swindling, demeaning or conniving. We test drove my vehicle twice (!!) , and he was SO patient to help me feel comfortable and confident in what I was purchasing. Sean, thanks for being real. I'll be sending my friends your way! I should note: I went in, I knew what I wanted, payed cash and was never pressured into other vehicles or financing. More

He allowed me to take my time but was there to assist and answer any questions. He followed up with me but was never pushy. His friendly and professional demeanor made for a great experience. When I return to buy my Subaru Sean had other customers he was assisting, yet he still took the time to explain things and went over the vehicle features before I left. Sean made me feel important, even after the sale was complete. He didn’t rush to get me out the door. Truly a great experience!!! More
