They refused to honor the pricing on their website and in addition told me that corporate required me to buy an additional $1999 in coverages that I 100% didn’t want. They would not budge even though this was false advertising and not mentioned in their website pricing. After purchase, I looked at the extra coverage pages. It states on the bottom that it’s NOT required to purchase these. My trade-in was also given at least $500 less than Kelly blue book estimate for a trade-in and that was AFTER I got them to increase their offer price. I would never ever, ever do business with these crooks again. Instead of leaving happy with a new car, I’m angry and spent so much more than I planned based on their website pricing, all while hearing “this is the cheapest price around” which is NOT true. More

Buying a car is never a quick process I guess. I was trading in a car and paying cash for the difference and yet it took hours.
