My wife and I purchased a 2013 2. 4L Chevy Equinox on 11/10/2023 from Gateway Clearance with approx 134,000 miles on it. Unfortunately after approx 1,000 miles driving we brought it in to Gateway Service for a check engine light on March 19, 2024 and discovered the engine repairs would be very costly. I contacted Andrew McDonnell, Sales Manager at Gateway Clearance, and after reviewing the situation he agreed to work with me on resolving the issue. I would also like to compliment Shane Monjeau, Service Adviser at Gateway Chevrolet Service and anyone else who was involved in producing a positive outcome out of a negative situation. More

I came in looked at the truck I wanted to. I was actually on my way to another dealership before I decided to go there. Steve was great and helped me figure things out. Wasn't pushy at all.
