The car was not cleaned. The pin stripe that was to be fixed was not. My wife and I purchased a 2013 2. 4L Chevy Equinox on 11/10/2023 from Gateway Clearance with approx 134,000 miles on it. We really liked the car and the purchase experience was great. 4L Chevy Equinox on 11/10/2023 from Gateway Clearance with approx 134,000 miles on it. We really liked the car and the purchase experience was great. Unfortunately after approx 1,000 miles driving we brought it in to Gateway Service for a check engine light on March 19, 2024 and discovered the engine repairs would be very costly. I contacted Andrew McDonnell, Sales Manager at Gateway Clearance, and after reviewing the situation he agreed to work with me on resolving the issue. I would also like to compliment Shane Monjeau, Service Adviser at Gateway Chevrolet Service and anyone else who was involved in producing a positive outcome out of a negative situation. More
