My review I already completed a (glowing, highly complimentary) review on our recent service visit. I can hardly wait for the Takata airbag to come (which appar I already completed a (glowing, highly complimentary) review on our recent service visit. I can hardly wait for the Takata airbag to come (which apparently threatens with "death or maiming" anyone who sits in the passenger's front seat) to be replaced by Ford. We love our 2012 Ford Fusion -- (known to us a "Red Fred") -- but we grow weary with the lack of a product safety recall part apparently long over-due. More

Expert, Courteous & Ethical Sean Whitmire was at his usual most excellent service. He kept track of all the concerns and with the rest of the service staff covered them all succe Sean Whitmire was at his usual most excellent service. He kept track of all the concerns and with the rest of the service staff covered them all successfully in one day. He got me a ride home an then back the next day with Rick who is a very fine fellow and a very safe driver. The telephone receptionist was very polite and helpful in directing several calls. Everything went smoothly on check in one day and check out the next day. More

Disappointing We took the F-350 in for routine service and 2 new tires on Monday 10/8/18. On 10/10/18, one of the tires was flat. Multiple sensor lights on the dash We took the F-350 in for routine service and 2 new tires on Monday 10/8/18. On 10/10/18, one of the tires was flat. Multiple sensor lights on the dashboard were lit up for low tire pressure, flat tire, etc. So the truck was out Monday and now again Weds. That means we have gotten no work done for 2 days and this is a 2017 model. We should not be having any trouble out of a truck that is barely 2 years old. Thank you. More
