After 16 years and 110K+ miles we had an actual engine issue. The #2 injector failed, triggering the Check Engine Light. Took it to Steve at Greene Ford’s service department and their service tech (Diep issue. The #2 injector failed, triggering the Check Engine Light. Took it to Steve at Greene Ford’s service department and their service tech (Diep Nguyen) advised, ordered replacement parts, and had it back like new in 48 hours at a very reasonable cost. The issues that I have is not with the employees (as they are always friendly) it is with the dealership. For someone that works from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm it is hard to schedule an appointment when the dealer are always friendly) it is with the dealership. For someone that works from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm it is hard to schedule an appointment when the dealer opens at 7:30 and closes at 5:30. This is also aggravated by the fact that they are not open on Saturdays. I bought 2 vehicles from Greene in 2017 and actually sold one because it was too hard to schedule services. The one that I do have I find myself taking it to someone else to service even though i would prefer it to be serviced at the dealership. More

Started up the car and noticed dash lights flashing and dim headlights. Sure enough, the stock alternator died after 15 years of service. Dropped it off with Steve Bullister at Greene Ford Service Depart dim headlights. Sure enough, the stock alternator died after 15 years of service. Dropped it off with Steve Bullister at Greene Ford Service Department’s Early Bird drop off and early the next morning he and the technician confirmed a dead alternator and had a new one on the way and installed it at a fair price and a fantastic warranty. Don’t know if I’ll get another 15 years out of this one, but with the care Greene provides I wouldn’t doubt it. Thank you very much! More
