I always like Irvine Subaru because the service is great. I usually work with Laura Flanagan who is the most efficient and professional service person I have ever dealt with. On this particular day she was n I usually work with Laura Flanagan who is the most efficient and professional service person I have ever dealt with. On this particular day she was not available so I worked with Clemente. He was very good and arranged for a rental car for me because I was having the 90K mile service. Anyway, it was fine but the car was done in less than 4 hours and while I was very pleased, I didn't realize I would have temporary charges on my credit card for the car rental. I picked up my car and it had been washed, however, it was a hot day and the windows were not cleaned very well so I had to redo them when I got home. Plus I didn't understand the rental car charges because Clemente did not explain this to me. So I called the dealership and asked for Laura. She called me back that afternoon and explained everything and I was relieved. I do love this dealership but I much prefer to deal with Laura Flanagan. Also, Clemente did not really explain all of the charges very well. I believe that Laura would have given me a better discount and next time I will be sure and deal with only her. More
