This service was related to the warranty on my tires. I appreciated that Sebastian gave the go ahead for Laura to call the MFG about the warranty. They don't usually do this apparently. Unfortunately, Subaru is aware of a defect in the 2019 Outback model cover over the computer command center and has not taken steps to replace with.
