My partner and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new car from the Chevrolet of Gainesville dealership and it was the most stress free and My partner and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new car from the Chevrolet of Gainesville dealership and it was the most stress free and dare I say “fun” experience! Everyone greeted us upon arrival and made sure we were comfortable before getting us set up with Sydnee Polce. (Chris, Cortlan and Sebastian all helped as well) It didn’t take long before we were being shown every car we could image with a detailed explanation of all that we did not know. Eventually we fell in love with one and Sydnee walked us through all the steps. She was kind, patient, quick! And you could just tell she genuinely cared about getting us what we want within our budget. At the end Chris somehow made signing a million papers fun and sent us off with smiles on our faces and a new beautiful car! Can’t wait to come back in a couple years to get one for myself ! More

I had a wonderful experience with Davis Chevy. Sebastian had been in contact with me for almost 6 months looking for the exact vehicle I wanted. I was able to purchase the same day and they were honest and fair with pricing. There wasn’t a huge back and forth game that a lot of dealers play. Working with the dealership was wonderful but afterward I had a problem because they did not pay my previous car loan in time. This caused me a problem when Campus USA took another car payment two weeks afte had a problem because they did not pay my previous car loan in time. This caused me a problem when Campus USA took another car payment two weeks after I sold my car to Davis, and they were gearing up to take another. I had to fight to get my money back as they were happy to tell me I was still responsible for the payment 3 weeks after I sold my car to Davis. I purchased my car on February 15th today is March 6th they still have not paid my previous car loan. No reason for that except, as I call it, floating money. One thing in Davis's favor they had me in and out within a couple hours. Thank you for a second opportunity for a review and to tell my story. This information was not included in my first review. Sorry Davis, do better with your next client and pay their car off on time. More
