First off I would like to start by saying Sebastian was incredible and gave an A+ experience. The rest of the experience was a fail on all accounts. We can start by the random phone call I received the morning I was trying to purchase the vehicle about how they were not going to sell me the vehicle it wasn’t until I got Sebastian on the phone I was back to making the deal. The car was poorly detailed which I will now need to pay a company myself to have done due to an oily film on all the windows and a terrible smell in the AC system. Let’s talk about Steve the finance manager who told me the paperwork process would take 45 mins. I drove from Indianapolis and not only did I wait 3 hours in the lobby after I told them I was driving back home that night but Steve was incredibly rude about the entire process. He was totally unprofessional and acted as if I was bothering him. I didn’t appreciate how I was treated and if it wasn’t for Sebastian I would have left and went somewhere else to purchase.
