Sedeke is a talented, professional, and friendly salesman. We called around looking for a 2022 cross sport, like other dealerships everyone was waiting for a shipment the week after Christmas. I was trying to get off the phone with Sedeke and sign a off-the-freight contract with another dealership more local to me, but he offered something no other dealerships in the same situation offered. With this, my husband and I came to the dealership the next morning. Sedeke met us, he was calm, listened, not overly selling, not overly assertive, or antsy like some salesman can be. He was right for my husband and I, who had been searching and talking with salesman across NOVA for too many weeks. With Sedeke’s guidance, we chose a beautiful 2019 Arteon SEL on 12/17. Sedeke was different than the other folks we’ve worked with. He has a quiet confidence about him. He was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot both VW and other brands. I appreciate how he worked with us. He also came to work that day several hours earlier than he was scheduled, to meet with us. We highly recommend Sedeke. When we arrived to the dealership I felt overwhelmed due to how full the lot is. It was nice having someone greet us as we pulled in and direct us on where to park. Honestly, if we didn’t have that customer service upon pulling in, I likely would have convinced my husband to leave. It was uncomfortably crowded. The last thing you want to do it hit a car on a dealer lot. Otherwise Sedeke was great. We didn’t enjoy the financing experience though. The customer service and patience from Jasmin was nowhere to be found. Due to this, we were a few seconds and one more rude tone away from canceling the deal and leaving. More
