Finally found a car I was looking for a long time! Sejad was so helpful, especially because this was out of state purchase and he took care of all paperwork including license plate. Had issues with every single department of this dealership. Emailed the GM on 9.17.19 and still havent heard from him. This is my famlies 3 crown honda used vehicle within the last year!!!! Civici Touring Purchase My Mom was on the market for a new Civic, and as I was in town on a visit, we decided to pay Crown a visit to do some test drives and explore the mode My Mom was on the market for a new Civic, and as I was in town on a visit, we decided to pay Crown a visit to do some test drives and explore the models she had been researching. Form our arrival, Sejad provided an extremely warm welcome and delivered an exceptionally friendly and supportive sales experience. Sejad made sure my Mom could not one get all of her questions answered, but made the sales experience all about her finding the right vehicle. Sejad approach is what ultimately led to my Mom deciding to purchase her new vehicle from Sejad and the Crown team. Upon delivery of her new Civic Touring, a paint imperfection was discovered, Sejad and the Crown team did not hesitate to immediately make sure the paint issue is being taken care of to my Mom's satisfaction. This issue is still being taken care of as I write this review, however base don the genuine care and quality of the sales experience and our interactions I have nothing by the highest of praise and confidence in Sejad. Thank, you Sejad for making sure my Mom's experience has been so positive! More
