No Pressure and Very Informative Staff Harold McPeek was friendly and informative. There wasn't any pressure, we told him what cars on the lot we had an interest in and he did not pressure Harold McPeek was friendly and informative. We had worked with another salesman from the Jeff Wyler Eastgate location that pointed us to the Fairfield location for the 2 cars to look into. Harold worked with us in completing the deal on the Cadillac we choose and let us know he would take care of working with the other salesperson from the Eastgate location. He was great at going over the features of the car, both interior and exterior, which made me feel comfortable in understanding how it all worked before I even left the lot. He also walked me through the service website and gave me a tour of the facilities. I truly thank him for the time he took informing me of all that was offered at the Cadillac facility. More
