We were out visiting dealerships all day looking to purchase a Honda civic for my mother. We had been to Honda Ft Myers and a few other places all day. We arrived at Honda Naples about 4PM for our last stop; we were tired and disappointed from our earlier experiences. We should have come here FIRST!! Seref was not only delightful, but easy to deal with and was very congnizant of the budget my mother was on. He was able to get her into the card she wanted within the monthly payment she wanted with no stuggle at all. She is thrilled!! My husband and I were so impressed, we decided to also puchase my husband's new vehicle from Seref as well - a Honda Ridgeline. We are very happy and would go to Seref again. I highly recommend him and his team. Also, he is an animal lover, which makes him even more likeable!!!! Also need to throw in Kudos for the new salesman in training, who was also very pleasant to us, and the finance guy, who made the finance paperwork very simple and painless. THANK YOU!!! Went to Germain Honda to trade in two of my autos and purchase a new Honda odyssey. Seref Denizeri was my sales associate. Seref made the experience comfortable, educational and easy. He truly took the time to understand my concerns and more than that he understood where I was coming from. He really is a great representative of your dealership. You truly have a customer for life. In fact, the entire group from Seref, to the Sales manager Mike to Pete who handled my paperwork was top notch. Total professionals. I will continue to bring my Accord to your service department as they have always treated me right and more importantly do great work. I reached out to Seref approximately two months ago and at that time, it didn't make sense for me. He was very upfront about that. I appreciated that. He kept me in mind and sent me an email on Friday (2/15) and we finalized everything on Sat (2/16). I was really impressed at how he remembered me and reached out with an offer. That offer was out of my price range, but the entire group worked to get me happy. Truly a pleasure to work with your dealership. I'll be a walking advertisement for Seref and the entire group.
