This is the second Odyssey that I have bought from Germain Honda. If I had not had a good experience with the 2008 Odyssey, I would not have considered buying another. Everyone was so courteous, so Germain Honda. If I had not had a good experience with the 2008 Odyssey, I would not have considered buying another. Everyone was so courteous, so helpful without being pushy, and worked with me on two trae-ins and the price of the 2012. The service on the 2008 was outstanding and the service department of a dealership plus the location to my home also infuenced my decision. I am delighted to agin have a new car from Germain Honda. More

We originally met Seref when we had started our preliminary search 2 months earlier. Mr. Seref was courteous, patient and very knowledgeable. He answered our many questions clearly. All of the features of the V6 were explained in detail. When we were ready to buy a car in November, we went back to him. Seref is an excellent professional. We actually came into the service center for an oil change on our business lease. We were gently told by the service department that we needed 4 new tires, 2 filters, and the oil change. Since our lease was up in less than 6 months they suggested we speak to a leasing agent. We were introduced to Seref Denizeri, whom we had met earlier at the coffee center. We had immediately liked his overall energy, he was helpful, kind, polite and friendly. These characteristics were all evident during our "leasing" conversation as well. He provided my company with a "painless" experience. We were able to drive away from the dealership several hours later in a 2012 version of our lease for the same exact price as our 2010 vehicle! Seref made the situation comfortable, answered all of our questions and listened to our concerns. He created an open and safe environment for our company. He was personable yet professional providing a pleasant ending to what could have been a very difficult decision. We would recommend not only Honda to other companies looking for great, economical,lease opportunities, but we would highly recommend that they deal with Seref for a fair and enjoyable experience. I had a really bad experience at the germain toyota in ft. myers, one of the germain brothers asked my husband when we went there for a new truck, "what makes you think you can get a new truck" so we went ft. myers, one of the germain brothers asked my husband when we went there for a new truck, "what makes you think you can get a new truck" so we went to Ft. Myers toyota and got his Tundra. You cannot tell if someone can afford a car by looking at them. So we swore we'd never go to another germain dealer.So we were looking for a good gas mileage reliable car and we decided toyota or honda. We went to davis blvd. and saw a honda dealer but when i saw it said germain i did not want to pull in, i was scared. He pulled in just "to look" and a nice guy was in the lot outside, his name was Seref. He showed us cars and he was very knowledgeable about hondas. He worked very hard to give us a good deal with good terms on a brand new accord. Very nice man and Seref and the manager Bob treated us like humans.Definately will recommend Seref and Germain honda of naples to my friends and family and will be back for next car! More

I recently moved to Naples and to kickstart my new life here I decided to reward myself to a new car! I have been a used car owner and never considered leasing a car until recently. Honda was my first choi here I decided to reward myself to a new car! I have been a used car owner and never considered leasing a car until recently. Honda was my first choice through avid research but working with Seref confirmed that I was making the right decision. Seref explained to me every detailed option available for me. I assumed that leasing a car would be a very long process that could take multiple visits. But, I was in and out of the dealership driving my new car in just two hours. Since I am only nineteen I was not qualified to be the only owner of the vehicle so my grandmother agreed to be my co-signer. She was hesitant and nervous but Seref patiently explained everything to her and made her confident in co-signing for me. Seref knows everything there is to know about Honda vehicles. He took the time to show me all of the features in the car, had the car detailed inside and out, and even filled the gas tank. Seref goes above and beyond as a cars salesman. It is clear that he truly loves what he does and takes great pride in fulfilling his Honda customer's needs. I never thought that I would have a set cars salesman to depend on. But, he is not only my concrete Honda salesman for the future but also my family's go-to guy when they too decide to purchase. If only all car salesmen were like Seref... More

My wife and I walked into Germain Honda this morning, looking for more information before we bought our new SUV. We actually had two other places we were going to visit today (SAT.) after spending time w looking for more information before we bought our new SUV. We actually had two other places we were going to visit today (SAT.) after spending time with Seref Denizeri, we were beginning to think this might be the only stop we would make. Seref Denizeri took us for a test drive in our soon to be new CRV, answered all our questions and made our decision to go with the Honda CRV very easy. That's the sales experience part. There was another factor that helped us make our decision, not that easy to put the exact words to it, But I guess the best thing to say is that Seref Denizeri is REAL PEOPLE. We realized we were dealing with a person who cared, didn't give that usual sales pressure, we were in a relaxed atmosphere. I am sure his demeanor makes him a successful Senior Sales Representative and in general a successful person. Other Sales Representatives could learn a lot from him on how to handle a prospect and turn them into a Happy Customer. Outstanding experience!!! I can not say enough about how pleasant it was for my wife and I to do business with Seref and Germain Honda. As we are from Miami and have been to many dealers in our city it was pleasant it was for my wife and I to do business with Seref and Germain Honda. As we are from Miami and have been to many dealers in our city it was not until we met Seref that we felt like we were among friends and family. All questions were answered and any details that were confusing at first were explained nicely. Seref even took time to sit in the car and point out things that needed to be changed as if he himself was making the purchase. Moreover, he even negotiated those fixes to be performed at no charge to us. Additionally we received more for our trade in than we were quoted by any of the dealers in Miami, AMAZING!!! My wife and I were greeted with warm tea of our choice and Seref's own personal stash of organic Brazilian sugar while paperwork was being processed. As I stated earlier I can not say enough about the service from the staff at Germain and the quality of vehicles that they have was outstanding. All it took was one look and a short test drive to know without a doubt that we had found the car we had been searching for. When purchasing a new car this is much easier but my wife and I were looking for a Honda Element which is no longer being made by Honda at this time. This makes the search and options a lot harder when you are looking for a specific color and package. One last thank you to Seref and the staff at Germain Honda, it was a pleasure. More

I shopped a few dealers in the area in the last week before stopping back at Germain Honda. I am not a frequent car shopper so I thought I would check out the other guys first. Bought my last car, a Civic, in 1999 at Germain and was happy with both the sales and the service then. Germain was a winner once again. The delightful Dalia introduced me to Jesse Palma and he delivered the car I wanted. The process was quick, efficient and freindly. Jesse knew I had looked around and listened to what I was wanting in a car. He didn't try to oversell me which I certainly appreciated. Nor did he "read from the script" which I also appreciate. I will be happy to recommend Jesse and the Germain Honda team. More
