I cannot speak any more highly about German Honda and, in particular, two of your employees. About a month ago, I was having some service completed on my older Honda CR-V and began to talk with Lee Glesmer. particular, two of your employees. About a month ago, I was having some service completed on my older Honda CR-V and began to talk with Lee Glesmer. I mentioned my wife and I were thinking about a new car and he suggested I contact Seref Denizeri. I went into the showroom and introduced myself. We talked about everything but cars for two hours. We found a common interest in history, politics, and world cultures as we exchanged ideas. Several weeks later, we returned to begin our car quest in earnest and went immediately to Seref. He remembered me and we began to tell him our needs. He was most helpful, with no sales pressure. He walked us through the specs on the 2012 CR-V and patiently answered our questions, also showing us how the CR-V stacked up to its competitors. We left the dealership very much enthused. When we returned several days later, we sat down, told him our price, and Seref was able to meet our needs. I never have had an auto-purchasing experience like this one and would eagerly recommend Germain to friends. And, in particular, I would recommend Seref to my friends. In addition to his professionalism, he was kind, courteous, friendly, and easy to talk to. Lee, in service, is much the same way. He has always greeted us with a smile and bent over backwards to solve our problems. Both Seref and Lee are tremendous assets for German Honda, and I hope they continue to work there for many years to come. More

It was a joy to work with Seref. I originally went into the dealership to get an oil change on my 2010 civic and left the dealership with my new 2012 civic :-) Seref was very nice, and not pushy at all li the dealership to get an oil change on my 2010 civic and left the dealership with my new 2012 civic :-) Seref was very nice, and not pushy at all like people would expect at a car dealership. Seref was straight forward and easy to work with. He responded quickly with any information we requested and kept it "low pressure" as he helped us with the purchase. We drove from Fort Myers to Germain Honda of Naples bypassing Fort Myers Honda because of the incredible response we received just from an internet request for a quote. 3 people not one, immediately r bypassing Fort Myers Honda because of the incredible response we received just from an internet request for a quote. 3 people not one, immediately responded to our request with no less than 10 emails and ultimately made special accomadations to wait for us as we were arriving late afternoon on a Sunday. When we did arrive we were greeted by everyone who was still working at the dealership and Seref Denizeri took his time and showed us practically every van on the lot and we were able to make a fair deal. We're thrilled with the vehicle and really appreciate the service. We also have an Infiniti from Germain Infiniti and it's obvious that customer service is the main focus of your companies. More

Just to let you know i went in for service only for my 2011 Odyssey 30k and as usual i stopped to have a hot chocolate with Mr Seref Denizeri, and what was my surprise that in less than 2 hours i was driving a new 2012 same color Odyssey and lower payments. I wanted to congratulate Germain honda for having such a prestigious person in there team, wish that they can accomplish all the goals and numbers in the years to come. Also for my family and my self there is no other Car dealer and no price searching, when we want something all we do is call Mr. Seref and we know we are in the best hands out there. This was my second experience buying a new car and my first experience with Germain. My 1st car buying experience at another dealership was awful so I expected this to be the same. I was blown away at t first experience with Germain. My 1st car buying experience at another dealership was awful so I expected this to be the same. I was blown away at the friendliness, professionalism, and courtesy shown by everyone at the dealership, but especially SerefDenizeri and Michael Snell. SerefDenizeri was very knowledgeable, took his time with me, did not make me feel rushed on making a decision, and never tried to push a sale on me. He even stayed past closing a couple nights to accommodate my schedule. After thanking him for his help his words were, "I would want someone to be treating my wife with the same courtesy." He also made sure I got the price I was looking for on the vehicle, which helped us out financially. Michael Snell made the paperwork very quick and smooth, and only advised us on the best decision when purchasing extended warranties, not making us feel forced into buying extras. Two sincerely great guys to be dealing with! Keep up the great work! More
