It was a pleasure working with Seref. From the moment I walked in my experience was a pleasant, positive experience. Serif was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the automobile to me, especially after purchasing the car, he was so patient and made sure I knew how to operate all the "workings" on my new Honda Civic. I'm in sales so I'm tough. Giving someone a 5 would be nearly impossible. but I did give a 5 in friendliness. Also I can't remember the name of the finance person. He is not a car salesman, he is a car buying counselor , (my interpretation of his role!) which is a huge difference you will enjoy. He is also very knowledgeable, Hondas are great cars, but I won’t go into technical details, sensitive and gentle treatment is most important to me. I was looking for a car, checked a few car dealerships and then visited Germain Honda. For me, a car is a useful thing. But a car person who sells them, who looks after my interests, is a gift. If you wont to meet one such person, visit the Germain Honda in Naples, ask for Seref. Unusual name and even more unusual positive encounter. I was searching for a car to lease because my car was not as reliable as before. A lot of problems with the Auto shops, grumpy and disrespectful people, not to talk about dishonest diagnosis and money waste on unnecessary repairs. Being a senior citizen and a woman it was hard not to feel unsafe and unappreciated. That all changed when I entered the Germain Honda show room and was greeted with smiling faces. After all the negative encounters at other places, I was suspicious. I asked for Sherif Denizeri to whom I previously talked on the phone. A friendly face gentleman greeted me and I sat down to talk with him. He inquired about how I was doing, we chatted a bit about life and family, and he offered to help me with whatever car needs I had. I told him about my car troubles and what I was looking for. He escorted me outside to look at a few different possible vehicles that could be within my specifications and price range. The whole encounter was about the choice, my choice, what was available and useful to me. I was disarmed. Suspicion gone. I was calming down and feeling supported. I cannot believe I am writing this story about a good experience at a car Dealership, but I am. I thought at 70, I have seen it all. However, life has a way of surprising you and offering gifts in friendly encounters, even at a car Dealership. If you want to feel good, and get a good deal, come and visit Seref. He is not a car salesman, he is a car buying counselor and a caring person I can count on. My new silver Honda Fit is in my driveway, I am enjoying its comfortable ride and looking forward to years of headache free ownership. Thank you Seref. More

I have been looking for a new car last 2 months wherever i go they were trying to trick me with some sales tactics since i came to Germain Honda and meet with Seref Denizeri. Great professional and friendly service. Seref Denizeri, auto sales and Neil, sales manager both great people to work with. We walked in expecting to lease a base model CRV but once we took vehicle out on a auto sales and Neil, sales manager both great people to work with. We walked in expecting to lease a base model CRV but once we took vehicle out on a test ride, we realized that passenger side seat had no armrest. At this point we decided not lease that vehicle. Seref and Neil then showed us the next step up vehicle, with armrest and the rest is history. Thank you guys. More

The Germain Dealership has been a part of my car leases for 15 years. As a loyal customer I would not go anywhere else. My experiences have been with friendly, knowledgeable and personable staff from the sales reps to the financial officer and the service techs. Seref was very personable and wanted to make sure that the vehicle we purchased was the one that met our needs. We have previously owned a Honda Odyssey and we do miss the flexibility of the vehicle and the vehicle we purchased was the one that met our needs. We have previously owned a Honda Odyssey and we do miss the flexibility of the vehicle and the amount of 'stuff' the vehicle can transport. We like the ride of the Odyssey and have had several passengers that commented on the luxurious ride. Seref was attentive but was not pushy. We would certainly recommend this sales person and the dealership. More
