This was probably the best experience I have ever had at an auto dealership. My purpose on arriving at the dealership was to look into the possibility of leasing an Odyssey. After a brief discussion with Seref Denizeri, we agreed that I would be better off with a CR-V - he was very informative and concerned that I have the right vehicle. He did not try to push me into the higher priced model as so frequently happens when car shopping. As I was currently leasing a 2009 CR-V, Seref took the time to acquaint me with the 2012 vehicle, pointing out new features added this year. It was just the right amount of time - long enough that I was fully informed, but not so long as to make this a tedious process. I had limited time available and Seref respected this - on my second visit, we discussed the terms of the lease - I had to be within a certain range - he accommodated that request. Again, due to time constraints, I had very little time that I could spend at the dealership. He spoke with the other team members that I needed to interact with and they all assisted in getting me out the door in a timely fashion and I soon drove away in my new CR-V. I give very high marks to Seref - he certainly is a credit to your organization. Because of him, I will definitely refer friends and family to him for future purchases. All in all, an A+ experience! I take great pleasure in writing this review about Seref Denizeri, a Sales Professional at Germain Honda of Naples. It was the end of our lease period and my husband and I were shopping for a new car to le Denizeri, a Sales Professional at Germain Honda of Naples. It was the end of our lease period and my husband and I were shopping for a new car to lease. We were interested in another mini-van so we wanted to find out as much as possible about the Honda Odyssey. This was our lucky day because we found all the answers and so much more from Seref. While we were discussing the car my husband noticed on Seref's name tag that he was from Intanbul, Turkey, which is where we have been wanting to visit. After answering all of our questions about his country with just enough detail to wet out appetite to definitely go there, we then got back to questions about the Odyssey. His descriptions of the car's attributes were so amazing that it was as though he were a tour guide leading us from one amazing detail to the next! We had heard about what a great car it was from friends, but the way Seref described it leading us from one feature to the next with such concise quick detail, we were sold! He was able to answer all of our questions about lease pricing from the top of his head and then printed out statistics to substantiate these facts when we went to his desk. Needless to say we were totally impressed with the car but even more so with Seref and his knowledge and enthusiasm of his product. For those of you that want a different product that Honda makes, I know that Seref will be able to do justice to each of those cars and their specific details. After we visit with several more dealerships and Brands, we decided to come back to Seref. Sales people need to learn how to be like him. It is not easy to decide which vehicle is Practical, Safer, more Reliable, and Cost Efficent. It takes time to find the right vehicle, Sales People are the only source other than internet to learn from. When Sales Person looks at us as a walking $$$, and all they care is to sell, it is not very comforting us customers. Life has a funny way of bringing all of us challenges, especially in the economy these days. I had run into some hard times and needed to reduce the payment of a current lease I had agreed upon with germain honda about 16 months ago. on my original call to germain honda i spoke with peter, the finance manager who was very pleasant and very willing to help. this was different than i had experienced at other dealers. soon after the initial phone call seref denizeri called me back and made me feel very comfortable and positive that we would be able to work out a deal that would fit my current situation. by the time i arrived at germain honda the following morning, seref had prepared exactly what i needed to see and hear. he listened to what my objectives were and he guided me through the options we had discussed with great patience and care. steve in the used car department was helpful in finding three options that fit my needs but were all just different enough to give me choices. the experience was enjoyable, and its not often you can say that when it comes to car buying. seref was fun to be with, he truly cared about my situation, and he worked hard to ensure my goals and objectives were met. the staff at germain were all very helpful and friendly; they portrayed a family-like atmosphere that was pleasant to be around. i would recommend anyone in the market for a car to visit germain honda, and don't forget to ask for seref! thank you to all of you for helping my family out!
