This by far has been my absolute best car buying experience to date. Seref Denizeri and the staff at Germain Honda Naples are the first in class when it comes to customer service. They took the time to ensure I got exactly what I needed for my family and you can tell that they genuinely cared. To go somewhere during this pandemic with safety protocols set in place and know that the staff did all they could in service and process made what is usually a daunting experience go through seamlessly. Seref Denizeri is a Senior Sales Representative and should be sought out all through Naples and the neighboring areas. He’s a true professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. What more could you ask for from a Senior seasoned sales professional? I will be recommending Germain Honda to my friends and family. Once the process was over and I received my vehicle and inspected it , the vehicle was immaculate. The car was detailed to perfection , under the hood fluids were caped off, inside was in pristine condition. The service department did a very thorough inspection and were very detailed . From experience I can tell the Service department is professionally trained and thorough. I will definitely be back and use Germain Honda lifelong in my family for sales and service. More

Seref is a true gentleman. We contacted him directly based on his reviews here on DealerRater. We had a good discussion of what we were looking for, and then communicated via text after that. He responded very quickly unless he was with a customer. Everything that he agreed to via text turned out to be the case once we arrived at the dealership. There were no surprises!!!
