A couple of small notes: I’d left town, so I had to pick my car up on a Saturday after service had closed. Sergio said he’d leave my key with someone in sales. They forgot our vehicle and we waited at the dealership just under 4 hours for simple maintenance service. Lost paperwork is what we were told. There is no one answering the phone in service dept. After 55 mins of trying I called through sales office to get to someone. Melly was great but this is the fifth service manager I have had since 2021. No consistency or continuity. I have services three Cadillacs at Jessup service since 2010. I purchased one, leased one and brought the third in from my move from LV. Your expansion of business has eliminated the seating area. Unfortunate. More

My first service experience was awful! i waited on line for 35 minutes to check in a part was ordered for my car had i not been up against my warranty expiration date i for sure would h i waited on line for 35 minutes to check in a part was ordered for my car had i not been up against my warranty expiration date i for sure would have went somewhere else. 1 month after part was ordered i called to see if the part came in and i was advised the part has been there for 3 1/2 weeks , no one from Jessup called me to make an appointment. i had to call i was told the only person that can help me was my service advisor. unfortunately my advisor was busy i called 7 times and drove down their was 3 service advisors that were sitting there with no customers and they still couldn’t help me. i called the service manager Ron 5 times left 3 detailed message requesting a call back and he never called me back. after they install the part i will never go back k there. Jessup cadillac does not value their customers time More
