Took my wife's new Rouge in for Express Oil Change. Sergiu greeted me, retrived all information from the computer advised that this was the third or five free oil changes and the service would take abo Sergiu greeted me, retrived all information from the computer advised that this was the third or five free oil changes and the service would take about 30 minutes. I went to the waiting room hardly had time to finish my bag of complimentary popcorn when Sergiu advised the service was complete. He told me I could take my unfinished popcorn with me. I bought my 2007 Nissan Sentra from Younger Nissan in June and I have received nothing less than exceptional service. I am a young female college student and was in desperate need for a car, and the employees at Younger Nissan treated me with respect and were honest. I really appreciated that, which is the main reason why I chose to buy a car from them- i.e. I knew that I was making an informed purchase. When you purchase a vehicle from this dealership, you are guaranteed 5 free oil changes along with other service benefits. Every time I return to get my oil changed (I've never even made an appointment), I am greeted by the same man who sold me my car (Jason), who ensures that all my car's needs are met. Sergiu is also an exceptional person to work with. Every time I bring my car in, he gives me a detailed run-through of every inspection performed on my car. The employees at Younger Nissan also understand my situation and tight budget, and therefore really work hard to make sure that my car receives proper service. The customer service I receive is always personalized and I feel welcome every time I come to the dealership. I would recommend Younger Nissan to everyone and plan to continue my business with them for as long as I live in this area. More

I purchased a pre-owned Nissan Altima and was taking it in for my first of five free oil changes. Sergiu Pricepa was my service guy and was so helpful. A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of stopping into Younger Nissan to get an insurance quote for my 2007 Jeep Wrangler. It was extremely busy, but I was taken care of right away and EVERYONE was extrem Younger Nissan to get an insurance quote for my 2007 Jeep Wrangler. It was extremely busy, but I was taken care of right away and EVERYONE was extremely friendly, like you would expect from a dealership whom you had purchased a car from. Jay Flick helped me through the insurance quote process and it was quick and he was very down to earth and I didn't feel like I didn't belong because I hadn't purchased the car from them. I had never stepped foot on this lot until my insurance company told me that this was one dealership that they do collision quotes with, and I have lived in Frederick my entire life. The parts were ordered right away and within days I received a call to schedule an appointment. I dropped my car off and also asked to get an oil change while my jeep was there. By that afternoon I received a call that my jeep was finished with the collision center and was taken over for an oil change and will be ready by the time I get off of work. When I arrived Sergiu was there to greet me and help me to the cashiers desk. Another service department man, which I apologize I didn't get the name, told me that if I had a few minutes that they were just going to give the jeep a quick wash. I was absolutely shocked and of course agreed to wait for a little. I was in shock honestly at how nice everyone was. I want to purchase a car after the winter, although I am not sure yet what kind of make/model I want, I will remember this dealership when I start my test driving. If they treat someone coming in for an insurance quote/oil change like myself, I can't even begin to imagine purchasing a car and having that down to earth, non-pushy customer service and lifetime relationship. I WILL be back and I highly recommend for any service or purchasing that you stop by Younger Nissan in Frederick first! More

We always use the express service lane to have our oil changed and Sergiu is always there to greet us with a big smile on his face. He always seems happy, upbeat, and energetic which radiates from him and changed and Sergiu is always there to greet us with a big smile on his face. I always feel comfortable and confident leaving our car in his hands. He's a shining example of the service and quality that Frederick Nissan strives to promote. The waiting area as usual was clean and smelled of fresh coffee, which is always nice on a cold morning. I always feel welcomed and at home. All of the sales reps are very polite and friendly as well despite knowing we were only waiting on our car to finish being serviced. I gave the rating that I gave because no matter what the circumstance, when I come to Frederick Nissan, I always leave feeling satisfied and happy with my experience, so much so that I always recommend Frederick Nissan to all my friends, family, and acquaintances. Thank you for being one of the few places left that truly cares about the customer experience. So far you have been there for the purchase of our new car, body repair when we were unfortunately were hit only 6 months into ownership (you'd never be able to tell), and all of the various maintenance services in between. As far as I can see I'll never have a reason to take it elsewhere as I would be anxious to take it anywhere else. You've taken care of us completely and we couldn't be more grateful for the quality of the service and workmanship you provide. Thank you again More

I came for oil change. I really like express service for that matter. You don't have to schedule an appointment, just pull up through the gates during service hours. And every time I come there is Sergiu gr that matter. You don't have to schedule an appointment, just pull up through the gates during service hours. And every time I come there is Sergiu greets you with smile. I also appreciate the report is giving on hands after service. It is easy to understand. Sergiu explain how to read the report and be aware of what to I have to pay attention too. More

The semi-annual lunch that was provided as I waited to have my car serviced was excellent. My wife was given a free key container, and I enjoyed watching NCAA football on the television. I had to take my car in for service and was worried about the wait since I had my daughter with me. Upon arrival at the gate, Gary greeted me and started the paperwork. Doug finish the process and suggested that I went to the express service since it would be quicker that way. Sergiu was more than happy to take me thru the express service. He advised that within 30-45 mins I should be on my way out. And yes I was within 45 mins. The staff was excellent, Doug patient with me, Gary very professional and Sergiu speedy. They did not try to have me spend any money. I question them regarding services that I thought I needed and was told that it is not yet necessary. Save my money for now. To too that, my sale person Lacoe was going in vacation for 2 weeks. He called to let me know that he will be away for 2 weeks however if I needed anything I can call and someone will be more than happy to assist. Isn't that beyond professionalism? Thank you Lacoe I am thankful for such loyalty and dedication. Thank you Younger Nissan. More
