He is very patient and takes the time to go over what services I haven't done yet, and the pricing. Many times I have needed an extra service on a Saturday and Sergiu and Gary have been able to fit me in. Everyone here treats me like family. I love the customer appreciation days and the decaf Dunkin Dounuts coffee. More

Second was for an oil change - Sergei checked me in quickly, smiled through all of my questions and made sure my car was serviced in a timely manner. Service is almost more important to me than the sales experience and the service provided by Doug, Sergei and others in service have ensured that when it's time to get a new car, I will be returning to Younger Nissan! just had my 2nd free oil change and my car was driven into the service area within the first 10 minutes of my visit and I had no appointment. Younger dealership is out of my way but I'm still in and out into the service area within the first 10 minutes of my visit and I had no appointment.
