My service clerk, tried hard to make me happy and was professional even when I got grumpy with him after all was said and done. He did not follow my instructions initially, thought he knew more than I d professional even when I got grumpy with him after all was said and done. He did not follow my instructions initially, thought he knew more than I did, and ultimately wasted my time on a error code that comes and goes randomly. He was polite and tried, but needs to learn to listen to his customers (even when they are an older female). I have had good and bad experiences with this dealership, like most dealerships I have dealt with. Not so bad that I wouldn't return, but I will be on guard with them. More
