Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. I totally get why you’d feel that way — if we could retroactively adjust the Wood Care package for past purchases, we absolutely would. Unfortunately, the terms can’t be changed after the fact, even with the recent updates. I know that’s not the answer you were hoping for, but I really do appreciate you reaching out and sharing your perspective.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to wait far longer than expected—especially knowing you had to be at work by 2:00. That kind of delay just shouldn’t happen when you’ve made it clear you’re on a schedule, and we take that seriously. We also apologize for the oil change indicator not being reset. That’s a small detail that has a big impact, and it’s even more frustrating when you’ve made the trip all the way from Overland Park. We’d like to make this right.
