I wouldn’t take my car back here for service if they were doing it free of charge. Absolutely ZERO communication from them, unless I called to check on it. Then after they had my car for 5 days, they called doing it free of charge. Absolutely ZERO communication from them, unless I called to check on it. Then after they had my car for 5 days, they called and said I needed a new transmission and it would be $7600. I asked what made them come to that conclusion; what did they find? She said “he test drove it and did an exterior visual inspection.” In 5 days, that’s all that was done! When I went to pick it up after I told them NO, they couldn’t even find my car. These guys are the WORST!!! More
