My experience with Serra of Jackson was dissatisfying.
I purchased/ financed a 2015 Buick Enclave and the truck quit before even getting to my home. I called the very following day to inform the salesmen

I called the very following day to inform the salesmen of the issue and initially they were not willing to fix the problem. Needless to say, the alternator and battery was replaced; however, within two days of correcting that issue the power steering pump went out. Mind you, I was informed that there were no issues with the vehicle and and it had been serviced so I should not have any issues prior to purchase and after rectifying the problem- WRONG!! I am now out of 700.00 dollars to fix the power steering pump and to add the alternator and battery went out before leaving Jackson... so NICE JOB Serra. I have conducted business with them in the past and thought I would have the same experience this go round, but WRONG again. I was also informed after they fixed the alternator and battery that they will not fix anything else wrong with the truck because it was sold with no warranty (which I was not offered a warranty during the sale) and it was also sold as is, so everything there after I was responsible for. For those future consumers, please be aware of what is being sold and the terms and conditions of the purchase, because although I was very much made aware (told multiple times) that it had no warranty and they were not responsible for the vehicle after purchase, my vehicle quit within 30 minutes of purchasing and leaving off of the lot.
