The service department failed to return my phone call for 3 days after leaving me a message to call them. Showed up unannounced to find them goofing off in the office. When I ask about my truck, they had trouble finding my ticket. When they did, they couldn't tell me if the work had been done. Unacceptable! More

I had a 2005 excursion to quit in the middle of road 40 miles away. Finally got to dealership after closed. Out-of-state loyal customer I bought my MKS about 6 months ago from Jacky Jones totally over the internet end phone. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase the car was and is as described by my salesman Nelson f. A minor issue developed a day after the car arrived and Jacky Jones stood behind it 100%. The process was simple and straightforward. Nelson handled everything including shipping the car from Georgia to New York and all at fair prices. I am now starting shopping for a pre-owned Lincoln MKS and it is a no-brainer to bring my business to Nelson at Jacky Jones Lincoln. Truly what I consider a win-win relationship. More
