Fred Coleman is a good representative for Florence Toyota and has always been helpful to us when purchasing a Auto. We have purchased in my family a least 5 autos from Florence Toyota in the past. The pro and has always been helpful to us when purchasing a Auto. We have purchased in my family a least 5 autos from Florence Toyota in the past. The problem I have is with the service dept. I purchased a used 2005 Jeep Wrangler from Florence Toyota with a drive train warranty, I was having trouble with it jumping out of gear when I first took off. I took it in an they finally said that it needed a new clutch after they replaced it for the cost of the parts which was about $400.00 it started leaking oil, then told me it differial seal so they replaced them for another $400.00, took it back and they said it would take awhile for the thing to seal, so I got upset with the their service dept. and took it to the Jeep people and they said that the head gasket was leaking so they replaced that for a $1000.00 and it seems to be Ok now I think. It seems to me that Florence Toyota's service dept. did not want to stand behind there sales, so I am upset only with the service you receive there, not with Fred Coleman he is a great sales person.
