I recently went to my Toyota dealership for a diagnosis of some of the problems I was having and an estimate to do the repairs. I cannot begin to tell you how very professional yet friendly all of the peo of some of the problems I was having and an estimate to do the repairs. I cannot begin to tell you how very professional yet friendly all of the people I spoke with were. It made me feel that these people truly CARED about me and my sweet 14 year old Toyota Camry. I am a senior citizen, and everyone was so kind and respectful. Even though I had to make arrangements to get my car fixed (I am currently on disability and a very fixed income), I never felt that I was being pushed to fix everything immediately. Joe Thigpen talked with me about the problems I had with my car, how they affected my safety when driving, and the things that needed immediate attention. I need to tell you that my son wanted me to get a second opinion about needed repairs and estimate to fix them. I am ashamed that I did do this, but I came back to my Florence Toyota and had the repairs made. I am very pleased with how my car drives now, and I can tell that my mechanic did an excellent job on my car. I truly feel safe when I am driving it or riding in it when someone else is driving. My car was fixed in a timely manner and at a time that was most convenient for me. I would certainly recommend Florence Toyota to anyone because I believe they, too, would be treated exactly as I was. The service department is excellent as well as filled with competent, friendly and caring individuals. Additionally, I called Florence Toyota several times needing to speak with Joe, and the young ladies who answered the telephone were also very nice and friendly. I simply cannot say enough good things about this dealership and its employees. And one more thing I would like to say is that I really appreciate good and friendly service no matter where I go. It can be a restaurant, a dress shop, a supercenter (like Wal-Mart) or wherever. Service truly matters to me, and Florence Toyota really excels in this area. Thank you. More

Fred Coleman is a good representative for Florence Toyota and has always been helpful to us when purchasing a Auto. We have purchased in my family a least 5 autos from Florence Toyota in the past. I purchased a used 2005 Jeep Wrangler from Florence Toyota with a drive train warranty, I was having trouble with it jumping out of gear when I first took off. I took it in an they finally said that it needed a new clutch after they replaced it for the cost of the parts which was about $400.00 it started leaking oil, then told me it differial seal so they replaced them for another $400.00, took it back and they said it would take awhile for the thing to seal, so I got upset with the their service dept. and took it to the Jeep people and they said that the head gasket was leaking so they replaced that for a $1000.00 and it seems to be Ok now I think. It seems to me that Florence Toyota's service dept. did not want to stand behind there sales, so I am upset only with the service you receive there, not with Fred Coleman he is a great sales person.
