We provide two waiting areas stocked with fresh coffee and donuts complimentary as well as other refreshments available. We have four service writers and 15 technicians, which includes three master techs, waiting to assist you.

If there is a problem or a question about anything he makes sure the problem is fixed. Gary is honest and upfront about my repairs and services that are needed. Being a woman I was always leery of being taken advantage of at car dealerships however I never have that concern or worries when coming to Florence Toyota. Keep doing an awesome job Gary!!! More

Horrible service department Does anyone anywhere do the work you pay for. Took my car to Florence Toyota and paid 175.91 for oil change, tire rotation, and front end alignment. Tire pressure is low in every tire, next oil change sticker is 5,000 miles short. My car requires oil change every 10,000 miles, not 5,000. Grease spots on my door handle and seat. These are very simple things a dealership should know how to do. Either the employees and management are incompetent or they just don't care. This poor quality workmanship, is a pattern with this dealership not a single occurrence. They seem to be fine with mechanical problems, but terrible with routine maintenance. One last thing in this tirade....I specifically asked about the tire pressure and was assured by technician it had been checked. Not so.... More

Unprofession Car Dealership I went to Florence Toyota 2 weeks ago to get my son's Toyota 4 runner fixed. I was told it would be 600 dollars to put a fuel injector in my vehicle. I went to Florence Toyota 2 weeks ago to get my son's Toyota 4 runner fixed. I was told it would be 600 dollars to put a fuel injector in my vehicle. I bought the part and payed for the car to be put onto the machine. This cost 98.00 also. I was told it was okay to drive it back home and to come back the next morning to get it fixed. They told me a 2 hour fix. They dropped me off at the local mall and I was there 6 hours before they told me I could come back to get my car. I paid the rest of the balance and then was told that I needed a new engine. This made me mad that they took this long to tell me. I talked to the technician and was told that they would put the engine in for an out the door price for 3400.00. I told them that I needed to talk to the owner. I was told by the owners brother that the cost was 3400.00 out the door with a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty. I was told it would take 10 days to complete this job. I called today on day 10 and I was told that the motor wouldn't be in for another week and it would cost 4300.00. My husband called and talked to the new service manager and got an attitude from him. We thought because we had a Toyota and went a Toyota dealership we would get professional service. Not the case! Really think before you get your car serviced here. We took our car here as soon as the check engine light came on. We never had a problem with this vehicle. Now we need an engine and the price has changed. I would think twice before I used this dealership! Picking my car up in the morning and getting it fixed somewhere else. I have never been as disappointed as I am with this new ownership of this Toyota Dealership! When you quote a customer a price and they leave their car in your car for 10 days and then you don't have it fixed and you go up 900.00 on the price is crazy and also they obviously didn't make us a top priority since it has been 10 days without our vehicle and now they are doing this. First of all I will say if you are rich, I've been a Florence Toyota customer for years, not that it matters much when it comes to customer loyalty. First of all I will say if you are rich, have a new Toyota, or know someone in the service department, you can ignore this. They queue your vehicle in oil change service line based on year of car and mileage, not the hour you arrive. Enough said really. Basically if your car is new you are good to go. They'll skip the wait for you and move you to front. If you are like me with an 06 model, don't come to Toyota for service. They average about four hours on older cars if they bother to service it without your constantly reminding them about the cars that keep jumping you in line. I asked about it, and I was told it is because they were newer. Wow, like I needed a reminder that I can't afford a $25000 corolla. More

4 Hour oil change :::::::::::: I was not very happy with the service department on my visit for a oil change on my 2010 toyota tacoma . Way to long and was stuck waiting and playing phone tag with the service department to schuttle me back to get my truck . As always this excuse was being unorganized due to new construction and tech training ....................unexceptable get a grip my time is just as important then yours CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS ............they should fire everyone in the service department and start over . I will get rid of my truck and get a chevy or ford . Like I said word around town hurts the buisness and customers are valuable to the business. Its not the first time and it will be the last !! I recently went to my Toyota dealership for a diagnosis of some of the problems I was having and an estimate to do the repairs. I cannot begin to tell you how very professional yet friendly all of the peo of some of the problems I was having and an estimate to do the repairs. I cannot begin to tell you how very professional yet friendly all of the people I spoke with were. It made me feel that these people truly CARED about me and my sweet 14 year old Toyota Camry. I am a senior citizen, and everyone was so kind and respectful. Even though I had to make arrangements to get my car fixed (I am currently on disability and a very fixed income), I never felt that I was being pushed to fix everything immediately. Joe Thigpen talked with me about the problems I had with my car, how they affected my safety when driving, and the things that needed immediate attention. I need to tell you that my son wanted me to get a second opinion about needed repairs and estimate to fix them. I am ashamed that I did do this, but I came back to my Florence Toyota and had the repairs made. I am very pleased with how my car drives now, and I can tell that my mechanic did an excellent job on my car. I truly feel safe when I am driving it or riding in it when someone else is driving. My car was fixed in a timely manner and at a time that was most convenient for me. I would certainly recommend Florence Toyota to anyone because I believe they, too, would be treated exactly as I was. The service department is excellent as well as filled with competent, friendly and caring individuals. Additionally, I called Florence Toyota several times needing to speak with Joe, and the young ladies who answered the telephone were also very nice and friendly. I simply cannot say enough good things about this dealership and its employees. And one more thing I would like to say is that I really appreciate good and friendly service no matter where I go. It can be a restaurant, a dress shop, a supercenter (like Wal-Mart) or wherever. Service truly matters to me, and Florence Toyota really excels in this area. Thank you. More
