We are so sorry that you had to replace one of your tires. It had been almost 12,000 since you purchased the car and there was damage to the tire. If you had purchased the road hazard warranty we offer, the tire would have been covered under road hazard warranty but because of the miles and damage, the tire was your responsibility.
