Service second to none On May 11th 2017, I received a call from my son a Marine stationed at Camp Lejeune that his 2012 Ford Mustang was not running right. My son needs h On May 11th 2017, I received a call from my son a Marine stationed at Camp Lejeune that his 2012 Ford Mustang was not running right. My son needs his vehicle to get to work on base. I told him I would see what I could do about getting it looked at. Being we are 4 hours away from our local Ford dealership and the cost to have it towed in would be over $600, I called Sanders Ford and asked for the service department and was greeted by the friendly voice of Kim Livingston. She asked me what the vehicle was doing and gave me recommendations. The next day my son called that the vehicle now wouldn't start. Being in a panic I called Kim and she was so sympathetic and understanding. I asked about getting it towed into her dealership and not knowing anyone there she gave me the names of a few towing companies. We had the vehicle towed to Sanders and Kim and the technicians went right to work to try and find out what the problem was. Kim was amazing! She kept in constant contact with me letting me know what was going on and what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. Being so far away from home, it was refreshing to find such a caring concerned person who genuinely cared! I really had to put my trust in Kim and the dealership! They did not fail me and my son! In a world where car dealerships are everywhere and there are many choices....Sanders Ford Hit a home run in the service department having Kim there. I am forever grateful and as long as my son is working and stationed at Camp Lejuene they will have our business!! I would recommend Sanders to my Marine families at Lejuene! Service is extremely slow--at least 3 hours for an oil chang I only go to this dealer because my vehicles are under warranty. Service is extremely slow. When I set up an appointment, I assume that time is for my vehicle to be serviced. Not at Sanders Ford. They informed me the "appointment" time is simply when you can consult with an advisor, not the time your vehicle will be seen. I don't need a consult for a routine oil change. I quit waiting at the dealership for the oil change because I don't have 3 hours to sit in their non-cable TV waiting room. As soon as my warranties are up, I will not go here for service anymore. Other oil-change places can do the work in 10 minutes but Sanders Ford takes at least 3 hours. This ridiculous amount of time is unsatisfactory. Some of the people at the desk act like it is a burden to see a customer while others (thankfully) try to compensate for the lackluster attitude of their counterparts. More

horrible service!!! Purchased a vehicle around October 2016. This would be our 2nd review for Sanders Ford. Please see my previous review dated March 29, 2017. Dropped Purchased a vehicle around October 2016. This would be our 2nd review for Sanders Ford. Please see my previous review dated March 29, 2017. Dropped off car to have oil changed, tire rotation and recall for door sensors. Picked it up about 3 days later...door open sensor on dash kept dinging and flashing. We didn't even drive it home. Left it at Sanders Ford in Jacksonville and filled out yet another form to be fixed. The next day, we had to call them to find out that someone didn't hook up a wire correctly. They couldn't get any more unprofessional if they tried. Drove the car home, used it for a week and had a shaking issue at the speed of 60 - 65 mph. Dropped it off once again and we were told that it had a bad tire. They were unwilling to help in any way. Cost was going to be $157 for 1 TIRE TO BE REPLACED. This did not include tax and other fees. The vehicle has not even reached 36000 miles yet. The fact that we purchased this vehicle for occasional use but seem to have to repair it more than our other vehicle that we planned on trading in is difficult to grasp. I want to make the public aware of our situation to save themselves the aggravation. There are plenty of other fine car dealers in the Jacksonville, NC area. Please avoid Sanders Ford. Terrible Experience If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Worst car buying experience ever. First off, we got ripped off on the car we bought (2015 ford fiesta). If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Worst car buying experience ever. First off, we got ripped off on the car we bought (2015 ford fiesta). Because the salesman wanted to sell the car so bad, we came in after work at about 5:30, and did not leave until almost 10. We test drove the car maybe a mile, we had already done our research and decided we either wanted the fiesta or the focus. We decided on the fiesta for the price difference. We ended up paying over 5,000$ more than the car was worth AFTER we already signed paperwork with a different price... We were told our payments were going to be at about 4-6% interest (first time buyers) and we signed something saying this. Then AFTER we signed the paperwork to start buying the car, we were told that it was going to be 10% interest and the payments were WAY higher than they had first stated. Also, they only let us finance through Ford Credit, even though we specifically told them we wanted to finance through Navy Federal, but since it was late at night they only let us go through ford even though we told them we would come back the next day, and that we were already approved for a lower interest rate through Navy Fed. They said since we had already started the paperwork there was nothing we could do and we had to continue with Ford Credit. So, after all this, we go home with the car anyway. Later that week, we went to pick up a license plate or something at the dealership, and they were doing a promotion where if you bought a new 2015 car, you got a free iPad, and they did not even mention that to us when buying the car, even though we told them that we weren't really in a hurry to purchase the car. ALSO, we have had 3 appointments cancelled to get our oil changed. They said that they didn't show up in the computer, and we needed to call to make an appointment instead of trying online because half the time it doesn't work. Well, they shouldn't offer that feature if it doesn't work! It took over 3 hours to get our oil changed WITH an appointment. Also, after we bought the car they said they would "detail" it before we brought it home, and we got home with dirt from other people test driving the car on the floors and it was not really considered "detailed." So basically, I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend purchasing a car from here or doing service with them. They are rude, NEVER answer their phones, aren't willing to work with/help their customers, not reliable and only care about making money off of you! We've tried multiple times to reason with them and work with them later, but they aren't willing to. We went in to ask a question after not receiving our first statement in the mail, and they wouldn't help us and told us we just needed to call an 800 number and the whole time we were in there they were trying to get us to buy ANOTHER car instead of helping us with the one we had just bought. There's tons of other negative things I could say about this place, but the review would be too long... More

So far my best experience in a car dealership It always took between 4 and 6 hours to drive out of a car dealership, no one's fault because it involves many peoples, each doing their best to get m It always took between 4 and 6 hours to drive out of a car dealership, no one's fault because it involves many peoples, each doing their best to get me into a car with the best possible deal; the time I spend there is important to me but how I spend it beats it all. I had a very positive experience because of a straight forward ,honest and helpful sales representative, Michael Allen. I did not feel pressured by him in any way at any time, he presented the choices and let me decide each time. I thank him and will gladly refer potential buyers there. More

We have been using Sanders Ford service department for the last 3 year Having bought over 20 vehicles, we must say this was the BEST experience ever!! We have been using Sanders Ford service department for the last 3 years and have received exceptional service from JB and Bobby. This is why we decided to give them a try for the purchase of our new truck. Charles Arnold is a fantastic representative for the dealership. All of our questions were answered or he took the time to find out. Trade-in value was great and the best part...NO HAGGLING. Just a good honest deal, fair pricing, and professional-friendly service. Would recommend everyone from Camp Lejeune and the surrounding area give Sanders Ford a try when you're ready for your next vehicle. You will NOT be disappointed. More
